Changes to LWV dues coming this month

Starting February 2025, League of Women Voters chapters across the country are transitioning into a single membership system called ChapterSpot.

What Will Change For You

  • Dues will now be pay-what-you-can, with a $75 suggested dues amount, and a $20 minimum. 

  • Any additional money you wish to donate to LWVWC will need to be a separate transaction.

  • You’ll need to set up a new profile in ChapterSpot. You’ll get an email in early February about that.

What Won’t Change For You

  • Your membership year begins the day you pay your dues. 

  • Everything else!
